Our practitioners have specialise in this area, gaining extensive experience over many years. Our practitioners maintain a strong commitment to professional development. They participate regularly in clinical research, postgraduate lectures and are members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association or  Australian Osteopathic Association,

Pregnancy and childbirth places physical strain on a woman’s body, weakening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles which contributes to:

•Incontinence in 1 in 3 women who have had a baby.

Research has demonstrated a tailored pelvic floor  exercise program is effective in reducing postnatal  urinary incontinence.
