Frequently Asked Questions
Whilst we do receive many referrals from specialists, GPs and other health care practitioners, you don’t need a referral to see one of our practitioners. You can simply book online or call the clinic to speak to our reception team.
Our initial consultation is one hour, giving our practitioners time to fully assess you and your complaint and put together a plan for you moving forward. Subsequent appointments are either 30 or 45 minutes, depending on your individual needs.
During your first session, your practitioner will be able to tell you if you need a follow-up appointment. This is based on each individual person and the amount of care they require.
Each of our consultations involves a thorough medical history and physical examination. This will include external assessments of your pelvis, core muscles, and muscles strengths and tensions. This information helps us to create a plan tailored to you.
Yes, depending on your cover, you can claim with the HICAPs machine that we have at our clinics. Please check with your private health insurer to ensure you have the required cover for the type of practitioner you will be seeing.
