We’re passionate about getting to the very root of your pain, and then fix it. During your first consultation your osteopath will make sure to obtain a detailed and thorough understanding of your pain and injury. From there you will have your posture, alignment and the way your body moves and functions assessed. We provide such a thorough understanding because the key aspect of osteopathy is its holistic understanding of how your body functions as a whole, not just as its individual parts.
If needed, we can arrange specialist investigations such as X-Rays or M.R.I. scans quickly or refer you to our specialists for further assessment or management.
Once the problem has been identified, we will discuss the results with you before formulate an effective treatment plan to help you reach your goals. Treatment will often begin during this initial appointment.
Osteopathy is safe, gentle, non-invasive, and effective. Treatment can include spinal manipulation, trigger point therapy, dry needling, soft tissue, gentle joint mobilisation, myofascial release, stretching, massage and exercise rehabilitation.
Osteopathy can diagnose and treat many disorders that result in pain and dysfunction.
