Annabelle (She/Her) is dedicated to fostering a collaborative relationship with her patients, working together to achieve their goals. Employing a comprehensive and multifaceted approach, she consistently evaluates various factors to not only address existing issues but also proactively prevent potential reinjuries or the emergence of new ones. Annabelle takes great pride in creating an inviting and relaxed environment, ensuring that her patients feel not only supported but also comfortable throughout their rehabilitation and treatments.

With a specific focus on treating running-related injuries, Annabelle has pursued additional training through the Clinical Edge running module. She conducts thorough assessments that take into account a variety of factors influencing injuries. Her approach involves providing comprehensive treatment and long-term symptom management to minimize the risk of re-injury.

In addition to injury management, Annabelle enjoys assisting individuals with developing training programs and strength plans to proactively prevent future injuries.

In her spare time you can find Annabelle trail running, mountain biking and when there’s snow skiing on the mountains.

  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy – Otago University, New Zealand
  • Running Repairs – Clinical Edge Module
  • Level 1 Myofascial dry needling and cupping

  • Tuesday: 11 am – 7:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 11 am – 6:15 pm
  • Thursday: 7 am – 3 pm
  • Friday: 10 am – 5 pm
  • Saturday: 10 am – 1 pm
