INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp. ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. Turkey, ground
- 2 tsp. tamari salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 Head Boston lettuce
- 4 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
METHOD
PREP
1. Grate ginger.
2. Mince garlic.
3. Roughly chop peanuts, basil, and cilantro.
MAKE
1. Heat olive oil over medium heat add ginger and garlic and stir for one minute.
2. Add ground turkey and soy sauce and stir cooking for about five minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
